By accessing or using True Trade Marketplace, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Introduction

True Trade Marketplace was founded to provide a transparent, secure, and fair environment for buyers and sellers to connect, communicate, and complete transactions with confidence.

Our mission is to ensure that all activities carried out on our platform are handled with honesty, accountability, and transparency to protect both parties involved in a trade.

2. Eligibility

To use True Trade Marketplace, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Provide accurate and verifiable account information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these conditions.

3. User Responsibilities

For Sellers:

• Sellers must ensure that all listings are accurate, lawful, and properly described.

• Sellers are responsible for agreeing on delivery terms with the buyer before completing a sale.

• Sellers are prohibited from requesting full payment outside of the platform.

For Buyers:

• Buyers must review item details and agree on delivery arrangements with the seller before making payment.

• Buyers must confirm receipt of items promptly upon delivery to ensure the timely release of funds.

4. Payment and Fund Release Policy

All payments made on True Trade Marketplace are securely processed and encrypted through our payment gateway to protect both buyers and sellers.

• When a buyer pays for an item, the funds are held in secure escrow by True Trade Marketplace until the transaction is confirmed as completed.

• The seller will initially receive a partial payment of $50 USD from the total amount as a processing and confirmation fee once the order is placed.

• The remaining balance will be released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt of the item.

• Once the buyer confirms delivery, the seller can fully withdraw the total amount for the item sold.

This structure ensures fairness, accountability, and protection for both parties involved in the trade.

5. Delivery and Confirmation

• The buyer and seller are jointly responsible for agreeing on the method of delivery before completing a transaction.

• Sellers must ensure proper shipment and provide tracking or proof of delivery when applicable.

• Buyers are required to confirm delivery once the item has been received and verified.

• In the event of disputes, True Trade Marketplace reserves the right to investigate and mediate before releasing payment.

6. Security and Data Protection

True Trade Marketplace uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to safeguard all transactions and personal information.

We do not store complete payment credentials, and all processing is handled through secure, compliant third-party providers.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreement between a buyer and seller:

• Both parties must first attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication on the platform.

• If unresolved, True Trade Marketplace will step in as a neutral party to review the case and make a final decision based on provided evidence.

Decisions made by True Trade Marketplace regarding fund release or refunds are final.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

• Circumvent payment processes or conduct off-platform transactions.

• Post misleading, harmful, or prohibited content.

• Engage in abusive or deceptive practices toward other users.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

True Trade Marketplace provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and security, we are not liable for losses arising from user misconduct, shipping errors, or third-party failures.

Our liability is limited to the amount of transaction fees collected for the specific transaction under dispute.

10. Amendments

True Trade Marketplace reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. All changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
